FPL has an excellent and elaborate system for monitoring and maintaining the quality of raw materials as well as the finished goods. Modern testing facilities backed by perfect shop-floor practices help ensure the best quality of production of the goods produced by FPL.

Quality Assurance is an integral component at FPL to ensure all the products that roll-out of the manufacturing system assure quality consistency, taking into account all the parameters. Every product manufactured at FPL is done so with the best quality of raw material and keeping in mind the interests of the customers and their use of the products.

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)

is used for Process Control, Formulation Control, and Process Parameter Consistency.

QA (Quality Assurance)

is assisted and controlled with a specially programmed software at FPL which ensures total control over the product starting from raw materials to dock audit of finished goods. It has an inbuilt traceability system for products and processes. It is programmed to decide inspection level and frequency for every step to delight the customers with consistent product quality.
FPL also practices TQM (Total Quality Management) and has integrated them into every process to deliver customer products of unmatched quality and at prices on par with the industry standards.

APC (Additive Process Control)

is used for total control offline additive – measuring, dosage, closed loop monitoring. Maguire Premix Controller with sequence printing is installed for fine additive dosing which decides the properties of the compounds.
